A genetically modified organism (GMO) or genetically engineered organism (GEO) is an organism whose genetic material has been altered using genetic engineering techniques. These techniques are generally known as recombinant DNA technology. With recombinant DNA technology, DNA molecules from different sources are combined in vitro into one molecule to create a new gene. This DNA is then transferred into an organism and causes the expression of modified or novel traits.

Genetically modified (GM) foods are foods produced from GMO that have had their DNA altered through genetic engineering. GM foods were first put on the market in the early 1990s. The most common modified foods are derived from plants: soybean, corn, canola cotton seed oil and wheat.

As incredible and as simple as eating "right" is�. We are still not.

From the above quotes indicate that this was a common feature throughout the ages.

In fact, the quotes above show how thousands of years ago, as now, we ate a lot of garbage, and if ill we turned to the doctors. And the doctors today (as apparently in the course of history) is not much help, simply by prescribing more pills and operations, all in the name of money. 100 years from now, if the human race has been fortunate enough not to have destroyed the planet of people look back and say what a greedy, heartless group of the earth to destroy animals lived in this time.

But foods can be amazingly healing. You can also make us sick (such as the rising incidence of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and other illnesses today)

Unfortunately most of the food, even in those who were healthy as proposed with additives or treated in such a way that powerless to be.

Unfortunately, no, because the newspapers are usually owned by the same capitalists, or their colleagues, that the food and medicines, and the "studies" show that these foods as safe. Also in the money-society like ours, no one wants to "rock the boat"

Even so-called "good" foods such as fruits and vegetables are loaded with pesticides, herbicides, and can be produced from genetically modified organisms (GMOs). All the food most of us know, are not good for us, but they still eat. The obvious "bad" foods.

So what the heck can we do? Where are we then?

Below are a few tips on how to find foods that may be hiding some nasties without your consent. I Concentrate especially on the MSG here, but there are many, many more.

1. Buy organic. Whenever possible, buy organic foods. Do not forget to wash and /or peel, but they are considered contaminants can still live on the product for days.

2 The label read. Get to know what all these foods have in them. Find out what additives are what� research on the Internet. What is EDTA? What is calcium chloride? What do they mean by "taste to be added?"

3. Avoid foods that you do not know what the additive.

9. Check the label bread. Most breads are heavily laced with garbage. Some bakeries, however, have turned in the use of all natural ingredients. The bread tastes, but doesn't't as long as the "unnatural" kinds.

10. Juice. If you�. Make juice from organic fruits�. Fresh. Have you ever wondered why all natural juices without preservatives for the last few months in your refrigerator? Hmm�

11. Do not buy the HYPE! More Calcium! No sugar! Zero sugar! Oh, it must be good for us! Guess what my� sweat socks have no sugar or sugar, but either I am not recommend them to eat. I recommend not eat the food in cartons that these virtues either scream. READ THE LABEL, to the great picture.
