A genetically modified organism (GMO) or genetically engineered organism (GEO) is an organism whose genetic material has been altered using genetic engineering techniques. These techniques are generally known as recombinant DNA technology. With recombinant DNA technology, DNA molecules from different sources are combined in vitro into one molecule to create a new gene. This DNA is then transferred into an organism and causes the expression of modified or novel traits.

Genetically modified (GM) foods are foods produced from GMO that have had their DNA altered through genetic engineering. GM foods were first put on the market in the early 1990s. The most common modified foods are derived from plants: soybean, corn, canola cotton seed oil and wheat.

Today, I will answer an objection that someone who a few days ago. After reading the long list of "food" to prevent and eliminate from your diet, this person asked, "What's left to eat?"

This is a great question! Let me start with you a few more key to a good diet and some practical tips on healthy eating. Are you ready? Get a piece of paper and write this list of foods you can eat and enjoy for good health and nutrition. This is a list of "naked food", also known as natural food Whole Foods. Your daily diet should only consist of these super-healthy foods.

Group I - fresh, organic raw FRUITS & BERRIES

Go to the production of market - or farmer's market and select all the fruits and berries that appeal to you. I encourage you to try something new every week as well. Here is a partial list of some of the foods in this category:

apples, pineapple, grapefruit, bananas, pears, peaches, papaya, tangerines, watermelons, grapes, apricots, cherries, blackberries, oranges, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, apricots , Limes, lemons, raspberries, noni fruit, mangosteen, goji-Wolfberry, cabbage palm tree berries, black currants, blueberries, pomegranates, blueberries, elderberries, cranberries, prunes, plums, guavas, mangoes, etc.

Group II - Fresh, organic GREENS & VEGETABLES (best raw or lightly steamed)

Find the freshest farmers market, where as many organic greens and vegetables as possible. Here is a partial list of some of the foods in this category that you enjoy eating:

spinach, watercress, kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, beets Greens, Collard, cauliflower, mustard green, mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, red cabbage, parsley, green leaf lettuce, green peas, zucchini, green beans, cucumbers, dandelion green, green and red peppers, artichokes, celery, cabbage, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, turnips, pumpkin, potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, carrots, squash, garlic, Cayenne pepper, jalepeno peppers, asparagus, ginger, onions, leeks, etc.

Group III - Organic cereals, pulses, beans, seeds, NUTS &

This is a very powerful category of food , You can each day. You can use all kinds of dishes from this group, which is delicious and healthy. Avoid at all costs to purchase genetically modified (GMO) products. You want to find that these foods were grown with organic farming methods, not with toxic chemical pesticides and herbicides. Here is the list of foods in this category:
